Who is texting me

Free State Research LLC, an independent Kansas public-opinion research firm and the registered sender of these messages. We run surveys about public issues and elections in Kansas. We are not a campaign, we are not selling anything, and we are not asking you for money.

Why you got a message

You were invited to take a short, confidential opinion survey. The message contains a link to a two-minute web survey. Taking it is voluntary and you can stop at any point.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that — permanently. You can also email info@freestateresearch.com and ask to be removed.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. For a given study you will typically receive an invitation and, at most, one reminder. We do not charge for these messages; message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

What we do with your answers

Responses are reported in aggregate. We do not sell your responses, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The details are in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.
