SMS Terms & program description

Free State Research sends survey invitations for public-opinion research by text message. If you receive one, it will invite you to take a short, confidential survey. This is research messaging — we are not selling anything.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. For a given study you will typically receive an invitation and, at most, one reminder.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out & help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages from us. If you opted out and want to rejoin, reply START. Reply HELP for help, or email info@freestateresearch.com.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
